Delivery & Shipping
For all orders within the Melbourne Metropolitan area, shipping/delivery will be provided by THREAD Group, free of charge, TO ONE DELIVERY SITE ONLY.
For multiple deliveries of a single order, THREAD Group will charge for these deliveries and provide a quote to the Purchaser prior to shipping.
For all orders outside of Melbourne metropolitan areas, THREAD Group will charge for these deliveries and provide a quote to the Purchaser prior to shipping.
The Purchaser may choose to provide their own shipping service and THREAD Group will help to facilitate this dispatch when the Purchaser’s shipper arrives at the THREAD Group pick up point.
THREAD Group Australia wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you believe something is faulty or not as ordered, please let us know within 14 days of invoice date or the goods will be deemed to be fit for your purpose.
Please contact THREAD Group Australia to raise the potential fault or delivery of goods not as ordered.
This must be within 14 days from invoice date.
Please provide your customer details, including original Purchase Order and Invoice Number to assist us in locating the details.
Items must be returned unworn in their original condition with all labels, tickets and tags attached.
